Inspection Policy

To protect your rights when shopping on our website, SYPIK lets you inspect the package together with the delivery staff before payment. You may open the package to verify the product's exterior.

Important notes

• Verify the product matches your order (model, quantity), check the seal / anti-counterfeit sticker, compare with the invoice. However, you may not test or use the product.
• If someone else receives on your behalf, ask them to inspect carefully before accepting.
• Before signing the joint-inspection confirmation, exercise all your rights under this policy.
• If during inspection the product is wrong or damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery.
