5 steps to warranty your Sypik paddle
Complete every step below to ensure your warranty is recorded as valid.
Tap NFC on the paddle
Unlock NFC on your phone and tap the back of your phone to the NFC chip on the paddle handle. The Sypik product page opens instantly — name, image, serial, Authentic mark.

Register an account (if first time)
On the paddle page, if you don't have a Sypik account yet, register with email + password. After registration the system AUTO SIGNS YOU IN and links the paddle to its owner — you'll see the owner info on the page.

Tap "Request Warranty"
Once signed in (auto after step 2), still on the same paddle page, scroll to the "NEED WARRANTY?" block and tap the Request Warranty / Send Paddles for Service – Chat with Support button to start your request.

Fill in details & submit
The claim form opens: pick the issue (crack, handle peel, structural fault…), upload photos/videos of the defect, fill in the return address, add notes. Review then tap SUBMIT.

Open Account → Chat with Support
After submission, open Account Profile → Warranty tab to see your request. Tap the case to open a direct chat with Sypik Support — track the 6-step status, send / receive messages, photos, shipping updates.

Mandatory conditions for warranty
- Activate the NFC chip on the product right after purchase
- Successfully register a Sypik account with a real email / phone number
- Fill in all personal info, address and purchase date completely and accurately
Important·If the steps above are not completed in full, the system will NOT record a valid warranty, and Sypik will unfortunately be unable to support you when an issue arises. Customers who purchased a product but have not completed registration, please update your information as soon as possible.
