Tap NFC on the paddle

Unlock NFC on your phone and tap the back of your phone to the NFC chip on the paddle handle. The Sypik product page opens instantly — name, image, serial, Authentic mark.

Tip·iPhone XS or later, or any Android with NFC, can scan. No NFC? Visit sypik.com/baohanh and enter the serial printed on the paddle.

Register an account (if first time)

On the paddle page, if you don't have a Sypik account yet, register with email + password. After registration the system AUTO SIGNS YOU IN and links the paddle to its owner — you'll see the owner info on the page.

Note·One Sypik account works for every paddle you own. Use a real email and phone number so Sypik can reach you during the warranty process.

Tap "Request Warranty"

Once signed in (auto after step 2), still on the same paddle page, scroll to the "NEED WARRANTY?" block and tap the Request Warranty / Send Paddles for Service – Chat with Support button to start your request.

Where to look·The dark block right under the OWNER · REGISTERED · WARRANTY row on the paddle page. Once signed in as the rightful owner, the "Sign in as paddle owner" line turns into a tappable button.

Fill in details & submit

The claim form opens: pick the issue (crack, handle peel, structural fault…), upload photos/videos of the defect, fill in the return address, add notes. Review then tap SUBMIT.

Attachments·The more clear photos / videos you attach (up to 10 files, <10MB each), the faster the technical team can diagnose. Frame the defect in good light.

Open Account → Chat with Support

After submission, open Account Profile → Warranty tab to see your request. Tap the case to open a direct chat with Sypik Support — track the 6-step status, send / receive messages, photos, shipping updates.

Mandatory conditions for warranty

  • Activate the NFC chip on the product right after purchase
  • Successfully register a Sypik account with a real email / phone number
  • Fill in all personal info, address and purchase date completely and accurately

Important·If the steps above are not completed in full, the system will NOT record a valid warranty, and Sypik will unfortunately be unable to support you when an issue arises. Customers who purchased a product but have not completed registration, please update your information as soon as possible.

Got questions?

My phone has no NFC — how do I activate?
Go directly to sypik.com/baohanh and enter the serial number printed on the paddle handle (near the Sypik logo). The system will activate normally without affecting any warranty benefits.
How long is Sypik warranty?
Sypik covers manufacturing defects for 6 months from purchase date (face cracking, handle delamination, carbon structure issues...). See the Warranty Policy page for full terms.
I bought from a distributor — do I register differently?
No. Whether you bought from a distributor, dealer, or sypik.com, the NFC activation and account registration are identical. The most important thing is to activate soon after purchase to enjoy full benefits.
After sending the paddle, how long until I get it back?
Depends on the issue: minor repair 3-5 days, full replacement 7-10 days. Track progress through the on-app steps: Received → Inspect → Process → Pack → Ship → Done.
I made a typo at registration — how do I fix it?
Sign in → Profile → update your info. To change email or phone, contact [email protected] for assistance.
I bought the paddle as a gift — who registers it?
The end user should register under their own account. That way, when warranty is needed, they can chat directly with Sypik without a middleman.
