Payment method

sypik.com currently accepts: Automated bank transfer via SePay.

Payment flow

1. After successful order placement, the system automatically generates a QR code and bank transfer details (bank name, account number, transfer memo = order code).
2. Scan the QR with your Mobile Banking app or enter the details manually — keep the memo (order code) unchanged.
3. The SePay integration reconciles the payment and confirms your order instantly upon receipt of funds — no manual receipt upload needed.
4. You receive an email/SMS confirming successful payment.

Notes

• Please keep the transfer memo (order code) exactly so the system reconciles correctly.
• If the memo is wrong, contact 1900 9112 or [email protected] with the receipt screenshot for help.
• Orders not paid within 24 hours are auto-cancelled.

Security

SYPIK does not store any bank card or account information. All transactions happen inside your banking app — sypik.com only receives the payment confirmation from SePay.
