If delivery or warranty/repair service is delayed, our CS team will contact the recipient at least 24h in advance.
The shipping service is responsible for goods and any risk of loss or damage during transit to the customer.
The customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt. If damage, scratches, breakage, dents, or wrong model are found, sign the delivery receipt noting the issue and notify us immediately.
After signing without notes, the goods are deemed accepted and we will not honor return/exchange requests for damage/scratches/breakage/wrong items afterward.
If the customer designates the carrier or asks a friend/relative to carry, the customer bears all responsibility and cost for loss or damage in transit.
To facilitate transit, sypik.com always includes the sales invoice and related documents proving lawful distribution of the product inside each package. Delivery staff may present these documents to authorities upon request.
