3. Ordering

By ordering, you confirm accurate info. SYPIK may refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock-outs, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

We accept Visa/Mastercard, MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay, Bank Transfer, COD. All via secure gateways. We do not store card info.

5. Shipping

Domestic 1-4 days via GHN/GHTK. International 5-14 days via DHL/FedEx.

6. 6-Month NFC Warranty

SYPIK paddles include NFC chip with 6-month warranty from purchase date covering manufacturing defects. Does not cover impact damage, wear, or misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content owned by SYPIK. No commercial use without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability equals order value.

9. Disputes

Governed by Vietnamese law, competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
